Drive on the A66(Direction Wiebaden, Rudesheim) all the way to the end and on to the B42, turnoff Oestrich, Hallgarten and follow EBS signs

You have two options- take the train from Wiesbaden and stop at the Hattenheim station which is near to the Schloss or at the Oestrich-Winkel station, which is closer to the Burg.
